You of the sad
uneducated masses,
who's idols condescend and illuminate your complacency.
You can sit and wait and procrastinate.
You can stand on the corner and spew your hate.
I don't think anyone will mind,
Take your time, hell, have some of mine.
Cuz while you madly rant and rave,
all around your sidewalk cave,
you'll see it can't go on too long,
and in the end it's you who's wrong.
You'll see perhaps that all you fought so fierce against,
was exactly what you were fighting for.
Look around to see the ashes,
of everything you've touched.
Those you scolded are long gone,
and now to make it worse,
you feel a big thought start to dawn,
about how you were in the wrong.
So just think of that before
you sit and wait and anticipate,
on a corner armed with hate.
